when you keep dropping hints that someone is annoying and that you have no wish to talk/hang out with them and they just don't get it.

58 movies under my "Film Journals" page as of now and all but two of the directors are Caucasian and only one is female. Really??? So sad!

I can't find the "Paul, I'm your biggest fan" Misery spoof I photoshopped last year boo....But here's my boyfriend!! And yes, I'm pathetic :( Not a bad choice though, eh?

but I realized I took some city scenery shots for my movie! Not the greatest quality because I screenshotted all of these pictures from my video.

No not really but that's what my dad said when he saw my new clothes. Funny how he always has to comment on them. I get a lot of "hobo", "Korean food vendor person", and "lesbian" so I guess this one is a compliment!

TOPSHOP!! There are only two locations in the world: one in New York and the other in London so it totally blows but I guess I can always order online? Strangely enough, I've actually never bought clothes from the internet before. Something about it sort of sketches me out but I have a hard time fighting my temptation with these...

Please mom? For the unbearably cold winter of....San Diego?

I haven't been on this thing in almost a month, jeesh. Of course I leave my ethernet cable at home when it was all ready to be packed and had to borrow my roommate's the entire 4 weeks I was in NYU for. What I'm trying to say is, I barely had time for internet access and my page view count has gone down to 2 or 3 a day so I better pick up soon! It will take too long to talk about my entire experience in the program, so I will make it as brief as I possibly can.

First off, New York City is straight up awesome. Manhattan's opening eloquently summarizes my feeling for it. I mean honestly, I was constantly overwhelmed (in a good way) by the endless hustle and bustle of that city. Next, 4 weeks is a really awful amount of time to spend with people. Spending any less than that, I wouldn't have been so attached to anybody. Due to my awkward and slightly antisocial mannerisms, it took a little while for me to really get to know them on a personal basis. Which makes it so easy to say goodbye since I wouldn't have given so much damn for anyone. I feel like an addition of one more week would have given me the opportunity to get to know more people because really, I regret not spending more time with certain people, especially my professor. Also, what bothered me the most about the last day was that the feeling that all was coming to an end never hit me. I was in New York one minute, inside the plane in the next, and now back in San Diego. It just went by damn too fast, you know? Now I'm sitting here in front of my computer, restarting my repetitious and rather bland lifestyle of mine once again. But then again, I cannot explain in words how glad I am to be home again. Monica is as adorable as always, my sister's still got her sass, my dad is finally back from Korea, my mom's cooking incredible homemade Korean food, and the San Diego weather is beyond perfect, what more can I possibly ask for?

And the best part is that the professor from Tisch agreed to write me a letter of recommendation for USC! I am incredibly determined and excited to pursue filmmaking in college.
